INSURANCE AGENT

We are Katyayani Org Fincare Pvt. Ltd., a growing DSA (Direct Selling Agent) company helping customers across India get the right credit card ,insurance and loan solutions. We work with top banks and NBFCs to provide financial products like personal loans, business loans, insurance and credit cards.

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Insurances Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to individuals and business, building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets. If someone is working in other company for the same insurance can also apply.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
• Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels (networking, cold calling, referrals, events etc)
• Understand clients insurance needs and recommend suitable products
• Explain product features, benefits and terms clearly to clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long- term customer relationship.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep upto dates with market trends and competitor products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:-

• Minimum qualification : 12th pass preferred graduate
• Prior experience in sales or insurance is an advantage (freshers can also apply)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain customer trust.
