Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Lucknow, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing expert guidance on suitable insurance and financial products, and assisting clients in achieving their financial goals. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, educating clients on various policies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Insurance and Finance
• Consulting skills to assist clients in making informed decisions
• Customer Service expertise and the ability to build positive client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to manage a flexible work schedule
• Basic knowledge of financial planning is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced degrees or certifications in finance or insurance are advantageous
