Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Raipur for an Insurance Advisor. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for providing clients with advice on suitable insurance products, conducting needs analysis, and guiding clients through policy applications. Daily tasks include consulting on insurance options, managing customer service inquiries, and ensuring all financial transactions and documentation comply with company policies. Maintaining strong communication and building lasting relationships with clients is crucial.

Qualifications

Knowledge and experience in Insurance and Finance
Consulting experience with a focus on customer needs
Customer Service and Communication skills
Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
