Job Description

Solana Insurance Agency is seeking an INSURANCE Claims & Customer Support Executive to serve as the first point of contact for clients, assisting them with policy inquiries, claims processing, and issue resolution. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to coordinate efficiently with insurance companies to ensure seamless claim settlements.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction & Support:

  • Act as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries regarding policies, claims, and coverage details.
  • Guide customers through the claims filing process, ensuring they submit the correct documentation.
  • Address policy-related concerns and provide clarity on coverage terms and conditions.

Claims Processing & Coordination:

  • Liaise with insurance companies to track and expedite claim settlements.
  • Follow up with insurers and clients to ensure the timely resolution of claims and related issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of claims procedures and assist clients in dispute resolution when required.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate records of client and insurer interactions, claims, and policy-related data
  • Ensure all documentation complies with IRDAI regulations and company policies
  • Assist in preparing reports on claims trends, customer concerns, and service improvements

Customer Satisfaction & Follow-ups:

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to keep them informed on claim status and any additional requirements
  • Ensure prompt response times and a positive customer experience at all touchpoints
  • Handle escalations professionally, providing solutions that align with company and regulatory standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Relevant experience in the insurance industry
  • A deep understanding of the insurance market
  • Basic understanding of IRDAI guidelines
  • Has already taken/is willing to take the IRDAI Agent Exam (IC 38)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle both clients and insurers respectively
  • Proficiency in basic technological skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
