1. To ensure that all documents are updated according to audits & regulatory.
2. To calibrate the instruments as per the calibration schedule and maintain the records.
3. To develop SOPs and updating documents based on audits.
4. To ensure the QMS activities of instrument department.
5. To impart training to the shop- floor staff on handling & operation of the instruments.
6. Overall responsibility for calibration
7. Responsible for maintain concerned area as per Audit requirement.
8. Identify and perform calibration activities of all instruments as per schedule.
9. To highlight the non-safe working practices and conditions to the department in-charge so that these issues are resolved to make the working area safe and friendly.
10. To follow Good Documentation Practices, Good Engineering Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices.
11. To organize and attend training classes as per training schedule and implement the learning into the work processes.
12. To ensure that there are no incidents/accidents.
13. Ensure that EHS rules/regulations are followed fully during work processes.
14. Auditing concerned area of control for improvement.
15. Maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2015 (Environment Management System) and ISO 45001:2015 (Occupational Health & Safety) at site.
B.Tech, M.Tech.
