Designation: Instrumentation Engineer.

Location: Limbasi (Kheda) Gujarat.

Experience: 00 to 08 years

Responsible for:

• Maintenance & Installing of instrument
• Temperature instrument: RTD, Thermocouple, Temperature gauge, Temperature indicator, Temperature indicating controller
• Level instrument: RADAR, DP type LT, Level indicating controller, Level switch
• Flow instrument: Turbine flow meter, Electro-Magnetic flow meter, DP type flow meter, Flow indicating totalize
• Pressure instrument: Pressure Transmitter, Pressure gauge, Pressure switch
• Valve: On-Off valve, Control valve, Auto drain valve
• Sensor: Proximity, Ph., Conductivity
• Knowledge of HART, Loop calibrator (Source)
• Calibration of TT, PT, DPT and LT
• Knowledge of cable tray and cable root
• Knowledge of Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance and Predictive maintenance
• Knowledge of Kiezen
• Knowledge of instrument Document like PM, Calibration and other
• Knowledge of BOM.
