Job Description

Boiler Operations:
Understand the instrumentation, interlocks, safety systems, and start/stop sequences for boilers.
Control Valves:
Possess knowledge of control valve design specifications, selection, and application.
PID Controllers:
Familiarity with various types of PID controllers and their tuning methods.
HMI & SCADA:
Knowledge of HMI design and SCADA screen design.
Networking:
Able to handle network issues and understand different network structures.
Computer Skills:
Knowledge of computers and recent advancements in technology.
Calibration:
Expertise in the calibration of various measurement instruments and their procedures.
Pneumatics & Hydraulics:
Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic instruments.
Software:
Working experience with Omnex software for MSA.
Quality Systems:
Knowledge of TS, ISO, EMS, and MSA systems.
Industrial Environment:
Able to work in an industrial environment.
Maintenance:
Knowledge of maintenance techniques, including routine maintenance of industrial automation systems.
Data Management:
Proficient in regular data backup, testing, report generation, and calibration record maintenance.
Industry Experience:
Exposure to rubber or tire industries is a plus.
