Instrumentation and Control Engineer

Airysole is a leading manufacturer of lightweight PU (Polyurethane) soles, specializing in Outsoles, Midsoles, Insoles, Footbeds, Cork Footbeds, and Gel heel pads. Utilizing cutting-edge Italian technology, we deliver top-notch PU soles for global footwear brands. Our expansive operations encompass five production lines spread over two units, spanning 63,000 square feet, and churning out a total of 4.5 million pairs of PU soles each year. We take pride in having crafted over 600 designs for esteemed brands like Red Chief, Bata India, Woodland, and Hush Puppies. We are currently seeking a dedicated Instrumentation and Control Engineer to join us full-time at our on-site location in Ranipet. As the Instrumentation and Control Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing control systems, overseeing process control operations, and ensuring the peak performance of electrical engineering systems. Your responsibilities will involve monitoring instrumentation, identifying and resolving technical issues, and collaborating closely with production teams to streamline operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in Control Engineering and Process Control, coupled with hands-on experience in Electrical Engineering and Control Systems Design. A strong command of Instrumentation and related technologies is essential, along with robust analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities are highly valued in this role. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field is required.,
