About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Instrumental Music Teacher to train students in musical instruments and help them develop performance skills. The ideal candidate should have strong musical expertise, the ability to handle students of various age groups, and a dedication to promoting performing arts in the school.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach instrumental music (specify instruments if required) to students across different grade levels.
• Prepare lesson plans, practice schedules, and training modules.
• Conduct individual and group practice sessions.
• Organize student performances for school events, competitions, and cultural programs.
• Assess student progress and guide them for improvement.
• Maintain musical instruments and ensure proper usage.
• Collaborate with the cultural and academic teams for events and special programs.
• Encourage creativity, discipline, and musical appreciation in students.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in one or more musical instruments.
• Strong sense of rhythm, melody, and performance techniques.
• Ability to train beginners and intermediate-level learners.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Creativity in teaching methods to make learning engaging.
• Basic computer literacy for maintaining records and reports.
