Instrument Technician

Role Overview: As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and calibrating instrumentation systems in oil & gas environments. Your role will involve troubleshooting and repairing instruments to meet industry requirements while ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards. Your detailed experience should include hands-on work with control valves, transmitters, and PLC systems, as well as a proven ability to diagnose and resolve instrumentation issues. Familiarity with hazardous area classifications and equipment installation will be beneficial. Key Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and calibrate instrumentation systems. - Troubleshoot and repair instruments per oil & gas requirements. - Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards. Qualifications: - ITI/Diploma Additional Company Details: This is a temporary position with a contract length of 6 months. The work location is in person. As part of the application process, you will be asked if you are willing to relocate to Qatar and about your previous experience working in Gulf countries. Experience: - 3+ years in the Gulf region - Previous experience in the oil & gas industry Key Skills: - Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for instrumentation. - Strong knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and P&ID diagrams.,
