As a Python Full Stack Trainer at our company based in Thrissur, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and comprehensive training sessions on Python Full Stack development. Your responsibilities will include teaching core concepts in Python, Django, React/Angular, databases (SQL & NoSQL), and related technologies. Moreover, you will mentor and guide students, evaluate their performance, assist in curriculum design, and ensure an effective and interactive learning experience both in-person and online. - Deliver structured training sessions on Python Full Stack development covering Python, Django, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and databases. - Prepare lesson plans, assignments, projects, and assessments to enhance the learning experience. - Mentor and guide students throughout their learning journey to ensure their understanding and growth. - Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback for improvement. - Collaborate with the academic team to update and improve the curriculum for the benefit of the students. - Ensure that the training sessions are interactive, hands-on, and industry-oriented to provide practical knowledge. - Support students in building real-world projects to help them strengthen their portfolios effectively. Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of teaching/training experience in Python Full Stack development. - Strong knowledge of Python, Django/Flask, front-end frameworks (React/Angular), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey concepts to learners. - Ability to engage and motivate learners with varying skill levels for an inclusive learning environment. - Strong skills in curriculum planning, assessment, and mentoring to support student growth. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering, IT, or related field (Masters preferred). - Industry experience in full stack development is considered an added advantage.,
