Role Overview: As a Python Full Stack Trainer, your role will involve delivering comprehensive training sessions on Python Full Stack development. You will be responsible for teaching core concepts in Python, Django, React/Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and various databases. Your primary focus will be on ensuring an engaging and interactive learning experience for students both in-person and online. Additionally, you will mentor and guide students, evaluate their performance, assist in curriculum design, and contribute to the overall improvement of the training program. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver structured training sessions covering Python Full Stack development including Python, Django, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and databases. - Prepare lesson plans, assignments, projects, and assessments to enhance student learning. - Mentor and guide students throughout their learning journey to support their skill development. - Assess student performance accurately and provide constructive feedback for improvement. - Collaborate with the academic team to update and enhance the curriculum to meet industry standards. - Ensure that training sessions are interactive, hands-on, and align with industry requirements. - Assist students in developing real-world projects to enhance their portfolios and practical skills. Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of teaching/training experience in Python Full Stack development. - Strong knowledge of Python, Django/Flask, React/Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and various databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts. - Ability to engage and motivate learners with varying skill levels. - Proficiency in curriculum planning, assessment, and mentoring to facilitate student learning. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering, IT, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). - Industry experience in full stack development would be an added advantage.,
