Instructional Designer - Learning Initiatives

Role & responsibilities Develop structured content and design impactful presentations to support trainings, knowledge-sharing & other initiatives. Apply instructional design principles to create engaging, clear, and concise learning materials. Ensure all presentations are visually appealing, informative, and aligned with the organizations objectives. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to validate content accuracy and relevance. Use various tools and software (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, etc.) to design professional and visually appealing slides. Maintain consistency in branding, formatting, and layout across all learning materials. Continuously update and improve existing training materials based on feedback and new insights. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and visual communication. Preferred candidate profile 3 to 5 years of experience in instructional design, content development, or presentation creation. Strong research and analytical skills to gather and synthesize information independently. Expertise in PowerPoint , Canva, or other presentation software. Ability to simplify complex information and create engaging learning materials. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
