Role Overview: As an Instructional Designer Senior Associate at EY, your role involves supporting the design of individual learning items and blended learning programs. You will work to agreed design quality standards and processes, using approved templates and tools. Collaboration with other designers and learning professionals is essential to support continuous improvement of design and development speed, efficiency, and quality. Building and maintaining strong relationships with content owners, Subject Matter Reviewers (SMRs), learning and performance consultants, developers, deployment teams, and vendors is also a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Actively participate in Skills Needs Analysis (SNA) conversations leading to the design of learning solutions - Draft learning objectives meeting EY quality standards - Apply effective learning strategies and design guidelines - Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning solutions - Create comprehensive learning documents - Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders - Conduct quality assurance checks - Utilize rapid authoring tools - Ensure deliverables align with EY design and quality standards related to written materials Qualifications Required: - 3 to 6 years of experience in designing courses and learning items - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and rapid authoring tools - Experience building and maintaining relationships with clients - Ability to work in fast-paced environments Please Note: In addition to the specific role responsibilities, EY exists to build a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society.
