Role Overview: As an Instructional Designer Senior Associate at EY, you will be responsible for supporting the design of individual learning items and blended learning programs. Your role will involve working to agreed design quality standards and processes, utilizing approved templates and tools. Collaboration with other designers and learning professionals is essential to ensure continuous improvement of design and development speed, efficiency, and quality. Building and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders including content owners, SMRs, consultants, developers, deployment teams, and vendors will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
