Job Description

Qualifications:

4-8 years of hands-on experience in instructional design, e-learning development.
Demonstrated expertise with e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
Strong knowledge of LMS platforms, SCORM, and xAPI standards.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end design and development of complex learning programs.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Strong analytical skills to interpret learning data and improve program effectiveness.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with video production/editing and multimedia tools.
Experience of using of AI tools like Gemini and Claude etc.
Relevant certifications in instructional design or training development (e.g., ATD, CPLP, CPTD)
