Instructional Designer / Content Developer

Role Overview: You are an experienced Instructional Designer / Content Developer joining a team based in Mumbai. With a minimum of 5+ years of experience in eLearning content development, your main responsibilities will include creating scripts for Web-Based Training (WBT) and Video-based training, as well as developing ILT content. It is essential for you to stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, learning solutions, best practices, and methods related to eLearning production and instructional design. Knowledge of ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and Adult learning concepts is crucial, and certification in Instructional Design would be beneficial for this role.
