Institutional Sales Executive

Role Overview:

As an Institutional Sales Executive, you will represent our organisation to prestigious educational and research institutions such as IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, CMRI, and other reputed colleges and corporations. You will engage decision‑makers, present our products and services, and cultivate long‑term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit and engage with top institutions, including IIT‑ISM and CMRI, to promote our company’s offerings.
• Conduct high‑quality presentations and demonstrations to administrators, department heads, and procurement teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and key decision‑makers.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to tailor proposals and ensure timely follow‑up and service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of visits, meetings, and client communications; prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of sales or business development experience; institutional/B2B sales experience is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills in Bangla and English; fluency in Hindi is also an advantage.
• Confident, well‑presented, and professional demeanour with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel across Dhanbad and nearby regions to visit institutions regularly.
