Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute institutional sales strategy to achieve targets
  • Handle

    government & private hospital tenders

    , rate contracts, and empanelments
  • Manage key accounts and major hospital chains
  • Lead and mentor Institutional Sales Executives
  • Finalize pricing, negotiation, and contract terms
  • Coordinate with DRA, QA, SCM, and Finance for smooth execution
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment and payment collection
  • Monitor tender pipeline, business forecasts, and competitor activities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS, forecasts, and performance reports
