Institutional Relations Manager

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Institutional Relations Managers to join CAP Educational Services. This role is ideal for MBA (Marketing) graduates who want to build a career in institutional partnerships, brand promotion, and student admissions.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleges, institutes, and coaching centers, while driving admissions and brand visibility.

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with institutes, colleges, and coaching centers.

• Promote CAP Educational Services’ brand through institutional visits and outreach programs.

• Conduct seminars, workshops, counseling sessions, and student engagement activities.

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand CAP’s reach.

• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and student fairs.

• Conduct market research to understand student needs and competitor activities.

• Support in the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring quality student conversions.

• Develop and execute long-term growth strategies for sustained business development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
