Installation Manager - Aluminium Doors & Windows

Role Overview: You will be working as a Customer Service representative in the Doors and Windoors department. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely installation of Doors and Windoors products at Customer locations according to set timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for timely installation of Doors and Windoors products at Customer locations as per the timelines. - Conducting site inspections before starting the installation, taking measurements, and sharing the measurements with the sales and Job Card team for necessary modifications in preparation of Job Cards. - Coordinating between the Marketing department and Customers to ensure the completion of installations. - Developing and training the installation teams to ensure efficient and high-quality installations. - Conducting site inspections and submitting relevant reports to the Manager and sales team. - Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in doors and windows installations. - Experience in coordinating installation projects and managing customer expectations effectively.,
