Installation & Maintenance Technician

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Electrical Installation & Maintenance.
  
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, HT/LT panels, transformers, and related equipment.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure optimal functioning of electrical infrastructure.
  
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement timely solutions to avoid downtime.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols during operations.
  
• Coordinate with the project and facilities team for smooth execution of maintenance activities.

Requirements

• 10th/12th pass Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, transformers, switchgear, and electrical distribution networks.
  
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals.
  
• Good problem-solving skills with attention to safety and detail.
  
• Gender: Male candidates preferred.
  
• Candidates with prior experience in real estate projects, residential townships, or high-rise buildings will be given priority.
