Installation & Maintenance Technician

Job Description: You should have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Electrical Installation & Maintenance. Your primary responsibilities will include performing installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, HT/LT panels, transformers, and related equipment. Regular inspections need to be conducted to ensure the optimal functioning of the electrical infrastructure. In case of electrical faults, you must troubleshoot and implement timely solutions to avoid any downtime. Compliance with safety standards and company protocols should be ensured during all operations. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with the project and facilities team for the smooth execution of maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities: - Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, HT/LT panels, transformers, and related equipment. - Conduct regular inspections to ensure optimal functioning of electrical infrastructure. - Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement timely solutions to avoid downtime. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols during operations. - Coordinate with the project and facilities team for smooth execution of maintenance activities. Qualifications Required: - 10th/12th pass Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or related field. - Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, transformers, switchgear, and electrical distribution networks. - Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals. - Good problem-solving skills with attention to safety and detail. Additional Details: Candidates with prior experience in real estate projects, residential townships, or high-rise buildings will be given priority. Male candidates are preferred for this role.
