The ideal candidate for this role must possess exceptional command over written and spoken Hindi & English, along with a strong background in poetry, storytelling, or spoken word. You should have experience in writing for public speaking, stage performances, or video content, and a deep understanding of emotional resonance, rhythm, and audience connection. Collaboration with the leadership team is key in this role, as you will be expected to deeply understand their tone, message, and intention to effectively articulate the company's mission and vision. Additionally, you will support internal employee communications by delivering motivating messages that reinforce the organization's culture and purpose. While a background in science or science communication is a plus, it is not mandatory. However, a passion for inspiring the next generation of Indian scientists and alignment with SciAstra's mission is essential.
