Inspection Fabric Manager

Role Overview: As a Fabric Inspection Manager in the textile industry, you will be responsible for overseeing fabric inspection processes to ensure quality control. Your role will involve developing and implementing quality standards, procedures, and protocols. Additionally, you will supervise and train inspection team members, conduct regular audits and inspections, and identify quality issues to implement corrective actions. Collaboration with production, quality, and R&D teams is essential, along with analyzing inspection data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, managing inspection team performance, and providing feedback are also key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee fabric inspection processes for quality control - Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and protocols - Supervise and train inspection team members - Conduct regular audits and inspections for compliance - Identify and address quality issues, implementing corrective actions - Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams - Analyze inspection data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards - Manage inspection team performance and provide feedback Qualifications Required: - Background or experience in textiles or quality control - Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and team management skills - Attention to detail and ability to drive quality initiatives In addition to the above, the company offers a competitive salary up to 35000/-, along with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, provided food, health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund.
