Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist Key Responsibilities As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will: Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify sales opportunities, focusing on the Healthcare, Insurance, and Life Sciences sectors, with a strong emphasis on the USA market. Client Engagement: Engage potential clients through outbound calling (USA calling experience is essential) and effectively communicate the value proposition of company services. Sales Strategy & Planning: Create compelling email drafts and conduct thorough pre-call planning to maximize outreach effectiveness. Objection Handling: Effectively identify and resolve prospect objections, driving opportunities forward. CRM Management: Utilize CRM and research tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo to manage prospects and sales activities. Market Positioning: Maintain an in-depth understanding of company services and their competitive position within the industry. Mandatory Skills & Experience Sales & Domain Expertise: Proven experience in opportunity identification & qualification , email draft creation , and pre-call planning . Candidates must have USA calling experience . Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, and Life Sciences (Domain/Vertical). Knowledge and experience in selling IT services to various verticals, including Insurance, Telco, Media, Hi-Tech, BFS, Manufacturing, and Retail. In-depth understanding of company services and their position in the industry. Tools & Technology: Working experience with CRM and research tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo. Essential Professional Skills Communication: Excellent oral and written communication with strong listening skills. Problem-Solving: Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
