Job Overview

Role & responsibilities :

• Promote and demonstrate Electronics' products (e.g., TVs,  home appliances) to customers in retail stores or promotional events.

• Educate customers on product features, specifications, and benefits.

• Drive sales by creating positive customer experiences and influencing purchase decisions.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards, including product displays and demo units.

• Collect customer feedback and report on market trends.

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Work closely with retail staff and Electronic sales team to ensure smooth operations.

• Participate in brand training sessions and stay updated on new products and technologies.

• Submit daily/weekly reports on sales and customer interactions.
  

  Requirements:

   

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
  • 6 months to 5 years of experience in Consumer Durable (Electronic sales ) Background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented

  Salary & Benefits:

   

  • Fixed Salary: 22,000 to 26, 000 per month in hand
