Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective students to introduce and inform them about our study abroad programs.
Handle inbound inquiries related to study abroad opportunities, courses, fees, and enrollment procedures.
Understand and assess the needs of students to provide appropriate guidance and information.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process for students.
Stay updated on the latest educational programs, admission requirements, and other relevant information.
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure prospective students have all necessary information and assist them in the application process.
