We are a fast-growing digital marketing company offering innovative solutions in SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, and Web Development. As we expand, we're looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Telecallers to join our vibrant team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain our digital marketing services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and database management.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Schedule appointments for senior sales executives.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM software.
• Follow up with leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, or emails.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the sales team.
• Provide product knowledge and resolve customer queries professionally.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasive skills in English (and/or regional language).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.).
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in sales/telecalling preferred, but freshers are welcome.
