Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting overall sales efforts. Daily tasks include contacting potential clients, assessing their needs, and providing relevant EdTech solutions offered by innoKNOWVEX.

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build customer relationships
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
