Role Overview: - This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate located in Hyderabad. - You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to sales growth. - As an Inside Sales Associate, you are expected to call leads generated by the Marketing team and convert them. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct consultative outbound calls and follow-up conversations with prospective learners. - Schedule demo sessions and ensure consistent follow-ups. - Understand customer profiles, learning challenges, and explain the implications of ineffective methods. - Address objections, provide clear solutions, and negotiate pricing to generate sales revenue. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 Months to 3 Years of experience in Inside Sales. - Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline. - Excellent communication & presentation skills in English. - Comfortable in a fast-paced 6-day work week. - A personal laptop/desktop with stable broadband and working audio/video setup. - Strong interest in the education and career development sector. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and adept at problem-solving. - Passionate about mentoring and guiding aspirants.
