Job Brief:

We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, engage with Enterprise & corporate Clients to build a strong business relationship, create healthy pipeline for complete IT Requirement. If you are passionate about sales, technology, and building meaningful client connections, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct lead profiling to accurately target enterprise & corporate client.
  • Identify and extract prospect data.
  • Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, email outreach, and digital prospecting.
  • Schedule meetings with decision-makers and key stakeholders for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to support sales objectives.
  • Track and monitor lead generation activities to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and best practices in inside sales.
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs, sales targets, and contribute to overall team success.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (BTech, BSc, MBA preferred).
  • 2 years of inside sales experience in IT field.
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for technology-driven sales are must.
  • Good understanding of IT challenges faced by Corporates (scalability, cost optimization, security).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales prospecting tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
