Inside Sales Representative - USA

About Us:

We are a growing logistics and supply chain solutions provider serving clients across the United States. Specializing in freight brokerage, transportation management, and end-to-end logistics services, we pride ourselves on delivering efficient, scalable, and cost-effective logistics solutions. To support our growth, we are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our client base and build strong, long-term partnerships in the US logistics market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the US logistics and transportation industry (e.g., FTL, LTL, intermodal, warehousing, 3PL).
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, decision-makers, and business trends.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, online platforms (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.), and industry events.
• Develop and present customized proposals and pricing solutions to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and carrier sales teams to ensure service excellence.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Provide regular reports and feedback to senior leadership on sales performance and market trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation sales (preferably in the US market).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹247,312.13 - ₹500,000.00 per year
