Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include contacting potential customers, maintaining customer satisfaction, and managing client relationships. The role will involve building rapport with clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions to meet their educational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in the edtech industry is an advantage
