Job Summary

Bragnam Learning Private Limited, a leading preschool franchising company, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential investors, provide detailed information about our preschool franchise model, and support them through the decision-making process. This position focuses on lead generation and relationship-building without strict sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential investors interested in preschool franchise opportunities.
• Make outbound calls and present Bragnam Learning’s franchise offerings clearly and persuasively.
• Explain the benefits, investment requirements, and support services associated with our franchise model.
• Handle inquiries from prospective franchisees, providing accurate and timely information.
• Maintain and update a database of leads, ensuring consistent follow-ups to nurture interest.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion strategies and enhance investor experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights.
• Prepare and share regular reports on lead generation and call activities.
• Build strong relationships with potential franchisees to ensure a positive onboarding journey.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales, telecalling, or a similar sales support role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
• Self-driven and well-organized, with strong multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Knowledge of the education or franchising industry is a plus.
• Minimum qualification: High school diploma; additional certification in sales/marketing preferred.
