Project Role : Inside Sales Representative
Project Role Description : Use a predefined target list of client/potential client decision makers and a standardized messaging strategy to qualify potential opportunities. Originate new opportunities; qualify, capture and close opportunities. Advance qualified opportunities or target existing or net new prospects through the sales cycle. Assist customers in onboarding, adopting and expanding their usage of products.

Summary: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with a predefined target list of client and potential client decision makers. Your typical day will involve utilizing a standardized messaging strategy to qualify potential opportunities, originating new leads, and advancing qualified opportunities through the sales cycle. You will also assist customers in onboarding and expanding their usage of products, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey with us. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. - Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in B2B/B2C Sales. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Sales Pursuit Management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients. - Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. - Proficient in using customer relationship management software to track sales activities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in B2B/B2C Sales. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
