Job Overview:

As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective healthcare clients, managing the sales pipeline, and guiding prospects through the complete sales cycle. This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to articulate the value of AI-powered teleradiology solutions to healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

Customer Engagement

  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Present 5C Networks AI teleradiology solutions in a compelling and consultative manner.

Sales Pipeline Management

  • Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate and timely updates in the CRM system.
  • Track key metrics and report progress against sales targets.

Product & Market Knowledge

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of AI teleradiology products, services, and industry trends.
  • Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Share market feedback to improve sales strategies and marketing materials.

Negotiation & Closure

  • Handle the sales cycle end-to-end, from initial contact through negotiation and deal closure.
  • Address objections and overcome challenges to secure new business.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales; experience in healthcare or technology is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem; exposure to teleradiology or AI-based solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
