Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our team in the publication sector. The candidates will be responsible for managing sales operations from the office, handling client communication, preparing quotations, and supporting the business growth of our publication/paper division.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inside sales operations including lead generation, follow-ups, and client relationship management.

Interact with customers over phone, email, and in-office meetings.

Maintain and update client databases, sales records, and order details.

Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and order processing.

Coordinate with the sales and operations team for timely delivery of services.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Stay updated on publication & paper market trends in Bihar and nearby regions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of publication/paper sector sales.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email drafting).

Customer handling and relationship-building abilities.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a sales-driven approach.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Management preferred).

2–3 years of relevant experience in publication/paper sales.

Prior inside sales or office-based sales experience will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience).
