Inside Sales Manager- PCD Product

As a Business Development Manager/Executive for PCD, you will excel in creating and closing new opportunities using a consultative approach. You will leverage your expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Your responsibilities will include meeting and exceeding sales targets, successfully creating business from new and existing customer accounts, managing complex negotiations with senior-level executives, and building rapport to establish long-term relationships with customers. To excel in this role, you should have at least 4 years of sales experience in PCD, although freshers can also apply. Additionally, experience and working knowledge of CRM systems, a demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with leading PCD companies are required. Fluency in English and Hindi, as well as proficiency in using computer tools like E-mail, Microsoft Office, and internet research, is essential. Furthermore, you will be responsible for uploading products on social media and B to B business portals such as India Mart and Trade India to generate new business. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, paid time off, and performance bonuses. The work location is in person with a morning shift and weekend availability.
