Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales - IT position, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Inside Sales representative will be responsible for daily tasks such as lead generation, managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling customer service inquiries. The role requires excellent communication with potential and existing clients to drive sales and contribute to company growth.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong abilities in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in IT services or tech industry is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
