Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Company is hiring an experienced Inside Sales Executive (Tamil & Telugu Speaking) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or business development, and possess excellent communication skills in Tamil & Telugu.

The role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and driving business growth through effective relationship management and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with Tamil & Telugu-speaking clients.
• Understand customer requirements and present appropriate financial products/services.
• Generate and nurture leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email follow-ups.
• Maintain CRM records and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve conversion rates.
• Provide daily and weekly reports on sales performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Fluency in Tamil & Telugu language is mandatory (speaking, reading, and writing preferred).
• Proven experience (1–5 years) in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / Business Development.
• Must be currently residing in Delhi NCR or Gurugram (Face-to-Face interview required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
