Job Description

We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative (Admission Counsellor) to engage prospective learners, provide admission guidance, and convert leads into enrollments. The role involves cold calling, lead follow-ups, and revenue generation through effective counselling and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective students from provided leads
• Handle inbound calls and inquiries related to courses and admissions
• Counsel students on programs, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities
• Convert leads into successful admissions through consistent follow-ups
• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records
• Address objections and close admissions efficiently

Requirements

• Experience in inside sales / telesales / admission counselling
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Proven ability in cold calling and lead conversion
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
