Reckers Automation India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for target-driven, technically sound Inside Sales Executives to manage our full-cycle B2B sales pipelines.

Locations: Noida | Mumbai | Zirakpur (Punjab)

Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering (or Graduate equivalent)
Experience: 1 to 4 years in Inside Sales (2–5 years of relevant technical sales/industrial automation experience preferred)Work Schedule: 6 Days/Week (Mon–Sat) | 10:00 AM – 06:30 PM (Sunday Off)Salary: Negotiable (Best as per market standards + high target incentives)Preference: Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice.

Core Key Responsibilities
1) Lead Hunting & Qualification: Qualify inbound/outbound leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn using BANT frameworks (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).2) Deal Closure & Cycle Management: Own the full sales cycle—from generating technical BOM quotes and custom proposals to pricing negotiation and final contract sign-off.3) Pipeline & Data Cleanliness: Maintain precise, daily client interaction logs and forecasting updates in our CRM/Excel tracking frameworks.4) Cross-Functional Alignment: Share market insights with marketing, route buyer product feedback to support desks, and coordinate post-sales upselling.

Required Skills:
1) Strong phone presence with the ability to execute dozens of outbound calls daily.2) Exceptional verbal and written communication, active listening, and presentation skills.3) High capability to multitask, prioritize high-value deals, and manage time efficiently.
