Job Description – Sales Consultant (Immigration)

1. Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation & Guidance: Provide immigration and visa guidance through phone calls, emails, and in-person consultations.
• Industry Compliance: Stay updated on international immigration regulations and visa policies to provide accurate information and guidance to clients.
• Eligibility Evaluation: Assess client profiles and provide realistic, transparent feedback on suitable global opportunities.
• Sales & Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies, addressing client concerns, and converting qualified leads.
• End-to-End Application Support: Assist clients throughout the onboarding and application process, including document collection, verification, and submission.
• Business & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize promotional campaigns and generate quality leads.
• Knowledge Sharing: Share insights and best practices with team members to improve client satisfaction and drive sales growth.

2. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Sales Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or B2C Sales.
• Preferred Industry Experience: EdTech sales experience is strongly preferred. Candidates from other B2C sectors with a proven track record of achieving sales targets are also encouraged to apply.
• Core Competencies: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, negotiation, persuasion, and client relationship management skills.
• Performance Drive: Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Technical Aptitude: Basic computer proficiency and hands-on experience with CRM systems or lead management platforms.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
