Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Generate new leads through calls, referrals, databases, and other channels.

Understand customer requirements and introduce relevant preventive healthcare services.

Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into appointments and sales.

Explain health check-ups, wellness programs, and preventive healthcare packages in a simple and convincing manner.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.

Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead generation, appointment, and revenue targets.

Coordinate with the clinic/operations team for appointments and customer follow-up.

Build good customer relationships and encourage repeat visits and referrals.

Skills Required:

Good communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable making a high volume of calls.

Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.

Customer-focused and positive attitude.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic computer/CRM knowledge.

Prior experience in healthcare, telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
