Position: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company’s lead database.
· Understand customer requirements and provide suitable residential property details.
· Explain project details, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant details.
· Handle customer requirements and maintain regular follow-ups throughout the sales process.
· Maintain accurate leads data, follow-ups, and site visits.
· Coordinate with the CRM, and project teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
· Negotiate with customers and support the closure of sales.
· Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
· Maintain professional relationships with customers and support post-sales coordination when required.
Required Skills
· Experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in apartment sales.
· Strong knowledge of the Chennai residential property market.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Good customer relationship management skills.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
· Good understanding of property documentation and the home-buying process.
Educational Qualification
Any Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in residential apartment sales, strong customer-handling skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
