Role Description

The role involves ensure smooth order processing, maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tools, and providing excellent customer service and support. The Inside Sales Executive will also contribute to achieving sales targets, preparing basic sales reports, and supporting overall business growth.

Qualifications

Strong Inside Sales skills, including managing sales calls, nurturing prospects, and closing opportunities.
Proficiency in Lead Generation activities such as prospect research, outreach, and pipeline management.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with domestic and international clients.
Customer Service capabilities to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain client satisfaction.
Solid understanding of Sales processes, target achievement, and basic negotiation techniques.
Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Comfort with using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and standard office productivity tools.
Prior experience in exports, manufacturing, or B2B sales is an advantage.
Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time and priorities in a dynamic environment.
