As an applicant, your role overview in this job will involve generating automobile spare part & lubricants requirements from Garages / Retailers, conducting cold calling to prospective customers, visiting customers in the field across Maharashtra, onboarding customers as retail stores customers, channel partners, or franchise partners through various means, building the channel sales of the company via business partnerships, focusing on sales of both genuine spare parts and company branded Lubricants, and consistently achieving monthly targets to qualify for incentives. Key Responsibilities: - Generate automobile spare part & lubricants requirements from Garages / Retailers - Conduct cold calling to prospective customers - Visit customers in the field across Maharashtra as per requirement - Onboard customers as retail stores customers, channel partners, or franchise partners - Build the channel sales of the company via business partnerships - Focus on Sales of both genuine spare parts and company branded Lubricants - Consistently Achieve monthly Targets and qualify for incentives Qualification Required: - Graduate from any field; MBA would be an added advantage - Must have worked in automobile spare parts sales for a minimum of 3 years - Possess technical knowledge about car spare parts, genuine & aftermarket - Ready to visit the field for generating sales for a minimum of 15 days in a month - Languages known: Hindi, Marathi, and English In addition, the job type for this position is Full-time, Permanent with benefits including Provident Fund. The schedule consists of day shift and morning shift, and the work location is in person at Pune.
