Role Overview

Inside Sales Executive

Reporting To:

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads, qualify them per company criteria, and schedule meetings with solar consultants.
  • Build rapport with potential customers and resolve initial queries about solar solutions.
  • Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on unresponsive leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Suggest improvements to lead engagement and conversion processes.

Requirements & Expectations

  • Experience:

    1–2 years in telecalling or inside sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong verbal communication in

    English

    and

    local languages

  • Proficiency in

    CRM tools

    and understanding of

    sales funnels

  • Energetic, results-oriented, and quick learner.
