Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Upsell and upgrade insurance packages, wellness plans, and healthcare services.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and plans clearly to customers.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups effectively.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer information, call records, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Provide post-sales support and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversions and generate repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in

  Inside Sales, Telesales, or Telecalling

  .
• Experience in

  Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Wellness

  will be preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in

  Hindi and English

  .
• Strong convincing, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and result-oriented.
